Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' existing customers. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customers, all while working from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for honest, independent contractors with a professional attitude who are looking to make extra income providing services from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
