As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our website, providing them with accurate and timely assistance. Your role will involve:

  • Providing top-notch support through live chat, email, and other communication channels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website

  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers through live chat, email, and other communication channels

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
