Key Responsibilities:
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Working independently to resolve customer issues and concerns, while following instructions precisely
- Collaborating with the customer care team to share knowledge and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
