Responsibilities
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

- Provide accurate information about the products and services via online chat: Ensure that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments: Work with customers to schedule appointments with our dealership clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and communicated.
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review: Collect and record customer contact information, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers, to help our clients generate leads and review customer interactions.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review: Provide a summary of customer interactions, including customer needs, concerns, and feedback, to help our clients review and improve their customer service.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by our dealership clients, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Requirements
To be successful as an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary: While experience in the automotive industry is preferred, we're open to candidates with experience in retail customer service or other related fields.
