Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth administration of benefits programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Administering benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a benefits administration or insurance environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficient level English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in benefits administration or insurance

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
