Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Part-Time Remote Focus Group Panelist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to participate in paid focus group studies, clinical trials, and market research assignments. You will work from home, using your smartphone or desktop/laptop with webcam, and high-speed internet connection. This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible hours and no minimum hours required. You will have the option to participate in online or in-person discussions, and enjoy free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments - Complete written and oral instructions, and written surveys provided for each panel - Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date - Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time - Participate in online or in-person discussions, as preferred - Complete a set of questionnaire to see if you qualify for the position
Essential Qualifications
- Must have either a smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam - Must have access to high-speed internet connection - Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics - Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions - No previous experience as a Customer Service Representative Agent is necessary
