Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes
  • Providing exceptional support through live chat during overnight hours
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Contract Length and Rate

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours
