Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team as a virtual assistant. As a key member of our guest relations and operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a 5-star experience. Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
+ Provide comprehensive guest messaging using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms. + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional service and support. + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms.
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams. + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement. + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor. + Work with 3rd party vendors to manage tertiary market operations. + Assist with business financials and accounting tasks, including the onboard of accounting systems.
Essential Qualifications
* Language Skills: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Availability: Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings (3pm-11pm CST).
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
