Job Summary

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists and driving customer satisfaction through social media channels. You'll work closely with our store managers to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives, while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement business strategies that meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction

  • Lead a team of customer support specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences through social media channels
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer support specialists have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer support is integrated into all aspects of the business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and customer support tools
  • Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Experience in the electric vehicle industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with social media analytics tools
