Job Summary

As an experienced full stack product manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and launch of our conversational AI platform, which includes live chat support, chatbots, and other AI-powered features. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product development, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and launch of our conversational AI platform, including live chat support, chatbots, and other AI-powered features

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize features and functionality
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform product development and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimize product performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to inform product development and strategy

Requirements

* 4-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features that meet customer needs and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and chatbot development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Scrum and Git
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and design thinking methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with agile project management tools, such as Jira or Asana
