Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and baggage process, and assisting with ticketing and boarding procedures
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the check-in and boarding processes, including managing seat availability and making gate announcements
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Working flexible schedules, including early morning and overnight shifts, with opportunities to work between 20 and 40 hours per week

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
• Proficiency in English

• Pass a physical ability test (PAT), which can be prepared for through a video resource
