Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Healthcare and Business Intelligence

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Investigation and Conduct Change team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will enable you to extract insights from complex data sets, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute models, create tools, and develop algorithms to optimize processes related to arenaflex's case environment.

• Identify and measure opportunities for research to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement, and claim modification.
• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models to research issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions.
• Investigate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats.
• Perform in-depth analyses of structured and unstructured data to address complex business issues.
• Utilize advanced statistical procedures and numerical analysis techniques.
• Design and implement data pipelines to collect, normalize, and integrate data that informs business decisions.
• Apply data visualization techniques to communicate insights and support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and ensure data accuracy.

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of significant experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
