Job Summary
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing solutions support for specialized networks and accounts utilizing various contact platforms such as phone, email, chat, or social media. You'll research and provide forward-thinking solutions for shipment issues, leading to positive customer interactions. Your exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills will promote customer engagement and demonstrate empathy in handling difficult interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide solutions support for specialized networks and accounts utilizing various contact platforms
- Research and provide forward-thinking solutions for shipment issues leading to positive customer interactions
- Utilize interpersonal and rapport-building skills to promote customer engagement and demonstrate empathy in handling difficult interactions
- Work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficiency in multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers
Training and Onboarding
* Training dates for this position will be up to 6 weeks onsite at our Memphis facility, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in customer service, arenaflex products, and technology
- You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced trainers and colleagues, and receive feedback and coaching to help you succeed in your role
- After training, you'll work remotely from your home, with regular check-ins and support from your team and manager
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
- Personal computer (PC) ability
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps (fiber or cable preferred)
- Dedicated, secure home workspace free from background noise or other distractions
- Ability to follow instructions to set up arenaflex-provided computer and accessories (monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.)
- Ability to follow trouble-shooting guide to address basic computer issues
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer Service Call Center knowledge and/or experience
- General computer skills (ability to navigate multiple software packages and applications)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
