What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat. You'll learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships. You'll also use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments. Your creativity and innovative problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live chat
- Learn and utilize our internal management system to process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
- Develop creative solutions to optimize customer experiences
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address customer pain points
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company initiatives
Who You Are
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're a creative and innovative problem solver who can think outside the box and adapt to new situations. You're a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience. You're eager to learn new technology systems and procedures and can juggle multiple tasks at once while remaining organized and attentive to detail.
Requirements:
* Ability to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
- Quiet workspace with minimal noise (home office) for fulfilling shifts
- Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Availability evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
