Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables, charts, and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain business cases to support strategic initiatives
• Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business operations and develop solutions that drive growth and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field

• Experience with advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables
• Experience with data mining and statistical analysis tools, such as R or SQL
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with SharePoint or other collaboration platforms
