Responsibilities As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications * Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients * Performing other duties as assigned Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems * Experience with Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette Nice-to-Haves While not required, the following skills and experience would be an asset in this role: * Experience in workers' compensation law * Editing skills Benefits As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off Work Environment and Company Culture At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on creating a work environment that is supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
