Job Summary

As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our online chat platform, representing our automotive dealer clients with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Your primary goal will be to engage customers in online conversations, turning them into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

* Engage customers in online conversations, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients with excellence, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging atmosphere, making every conversation a wow-ing experience for customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including chat volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Kansas

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the gaming industry or online communities

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its trends
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and online chat platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred)
