About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to Disney enthusiasts from the comfort of your own home. You will be an essential part of our customer support team, assisting with queries and concerns related to Disney's media, entertainment, and news offerings. You will work closely with our team of experts to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to Disney enthusiasts via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns related to Disney's media, entertainment, and news offerings
- Work closely with our team of experts to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Disney's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on Disney's products and services
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications
* At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the media and entertainment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience
- Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel
- Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats
