Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound and making outbound customer calls to address application process, billing, product, and service-related inquiries
  • Providing clear and concise guidance to clients throughout the application process
  • Updating client account information and maintaining accurate records
  • Identifying payment options and setting up payment arrangements as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and establishing positive rapport with every caller
  • Adhering to FDCPA, FCRA, and other Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
  • Meeting client guidelines and having a clear understanding of client policies
  • Collaborating with management and coworkers to ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service and billing experience (a plus)
  • Basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen as permitted by law
  • Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting

  • Knowledge of billing practices and techniques
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if needed)
  • Strong understanding of FDCPA, FCRA, and other Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
