Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling Incoming Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Researching and Resolving Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer concerns
- Accurately Documenting Call Details: Record call information with precision and attention to detail
- Communicating Effectively: Articulate clearly and empathetically with customers
- Meeting Team Goals: Exceed quality and customer satisfaction targets daily
What We're Looking For

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

- Desire to Exceed Customer Expectations: A commitment to going above and beyond for our clients and their members
- Previous Healthcare Experience: A plus, but not required
- At Least 1 Year of Call Center Experience: Required, with a strong track record of success
Job Requirements
* Age: 18 years or older
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service
- Attendance: Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
- Typing Speed: At least 25 WPM
- Internet Connection: Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Work Area: Secure, private work area at home
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends
