Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our customers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, identifying opportunities to grow and expand our services
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by our clients, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to management on customer interactions and sales performance
  • Participating in community-related events, training seminars, and other company events as required
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, marketing, or communications)
  • Related experience in customer service or sales (although not essential, it's a plus)
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and strategic thinking, with the ability to plan and execute effective sales strategies
  • A self-motivated problem solver with creativity, a strong work ethic, and a high energy level
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients and partners

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of the industry and competitors, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools and technologies

Compensation and Benefits
