Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our customers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, identifying opportunities to grow and expand our services
- Staying up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by our clients, as well as industry trends and competitor activity

- Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to management on customer interactions and sales performance
- Participating in community-related events, training seminars, and other company events as required

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, marketing, or communications)
- Related experience in customer service or sales (although not essential, it's a plus)
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinking, with the ability to plan and execute effective sales strategies

Compensation and Benefits
