The Role
As a Customer Service & Data Entry Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our customer service operations and ensuring accurate data entry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Enter customer orders quickly and accurately: You'll be responsible for processing customer orders with precision and speed, ensuring that our customers receive their products or services in a timely manner.
* Update and maintain database: You'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Answer phones: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
