The Role As a Customer Service & Data Entry Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our customer service operations and ensuring accurate data entry. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Enter customer orders quickly and accurately: You'll be responsible for processing customer orders with precision and speed, ensuring that our customers receive their products or services in a timely manner. * Update and maintain database: You'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. * Answer phones: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. * Perform other duties as assigned: As a flexible and adaptable team member, you'll be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth and success of arenaflex. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate's Degree or higher being desirable. * Excellent typing skills: You'll need to have strong typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently. * Strong attention to detail: You'll need to have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to accurately process customer orders and maintain the integrity of our database. * Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Word and Excel. Nice-to-haves While the following qualifications are not essential, they would be beneficial in this role: * Previous experience in customer service or data entry: You'll have a strong understanding of customer service principles and data entry procedures. * Familiarity with CRM software: You'll have experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data. * Certifications in customer service or data entry: You'll have relevant certifications, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or a Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
