Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing heart-driven support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll be the go-to expert for answering questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions, helping members better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls and emails from arenaflex members, providing personalized support and guidance on pharmacy benefit plans
- Answer questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions, helping members better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
- Investigate and resolve member complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications
