Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the not-for-profit organization's scholarship program, which provides critical funding to students attending K-12 private schools. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls from families and schools regarding student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
  • Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support to callers, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns are addressed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on program policies, procedures, and changes to provide informed support to callers

Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • English proficiency, with a language assessment required for all candidates
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering empathetic and personable support to callers
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Accurate typing and keyboard skills, with comfort navigating PC and internet-based systems

Technical Requirements

* Wired internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download

  • A secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, free from interruptions and background noise
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, ensuring you have the tools you need to succeed in this role
