Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive content creation and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Predict content engagement to inform content acquisition and release strategies
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
