Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to exceeding customer expectations. You'll work in a designated retail location, assisting customers with their orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. Our associates are the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for individuals who can provide exceptional service, resolve problems efficiently, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery.
- Assist customers with questions they may have, providing accurate and timely information.
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards.
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders efficiently.
- Receive truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of packages.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You'll also need to be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.

Our Locker locations are designed to provide a safe and comfortable working environment for our associates. You'll be behind a counter, working with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. Our locations are climate-controlled, with minimal noise levels, and a relaxed dress code.

Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
