Your Role
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Providing product or service knowledge to customers, either in-person or over the phone
* Resolving escalated or complex concerns from customers with a smile and a solution
What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product or service knowledge and ability to apply it
* Computer experience and proficiency in software applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
