Job Summary

As an Inbound Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in online conversations with customers via chat, providing exceptional customer service and support

• Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers
• Convert conversations into leads, driving sales and revenue for our clients
• Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Kansas

• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
• Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
• Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
• Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, business) preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed the required typing speed
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and terminology, with the ability to apply this knowledge to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
