Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Advertising shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
- Responding to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
- Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with our closers to ensure seamless sales processes
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with the potential to earn a significant commission
