Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service and facilitating the rental process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meet and Greet Customers: Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to ensure customers have a seamless experience.
- Offer Additional Assistance: Provide directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle Incoming Calls: Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
- Make Outgoing Calls: Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
- Assess Vehicle Condition: Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
- Notify Management: Notify Management of any known customer problems, vehicle problems, and required vehicle maintenance.
- Continuously Develop Skills: Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities, and any company-sponsored classroom training.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
- Education: Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Customer Service Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
- Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- Work Authorization: Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
