Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide exceptional support and guidance.
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help evolve and improve our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Providing proactive support to users, anticipating and addressing their needs to prevent issues from arising.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest platform features and best practices.
  • Working closely with our Support Team to ensure a positive and delightful experience for every user.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment.
  • A 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required.
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help our customers succeed.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.
  • A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
