Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service: You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions.
  • Documenting delivery flow: You'll accurately document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system, ensuring that our customers have real-time visibility into the status of their shipments.
  • Assisting customers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery: You'll work closely with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, from pickup to delivery.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues: You'll use your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, escalating them to the appropriate teams as needed.
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts: You'll contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve our processes, products, and services, helping us to grow and innovate as a company.

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts: You'll be able to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
