Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Guest Service Video Chat Specialists to join our Disability Access Services team at arenaflex. As a Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our guests with disabilities, supporting their digital experience, and assisting with the registration process for our Disability Access Service. If you have a passion for Disney products and services, strong communication skills, and a knack for technical support, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional guest service to guests with disabilities, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Support guests with their digital experience, including assistance with the My Disney Experience application and other related systems
  • Assist guests with the registration process for our Disability Access Service, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide a high level of service to our guests
  • Participate in paid training classes, where you'll receive comprehensive training on our systems, applications, and policies
  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact center environment, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with a strong understanding of Disney property, products, and services

  • Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong problem-solving decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation

* Experience working in a contact center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

  • Knowledge of disability-related services and accommodations, with a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of guests with disabilities
  • Experience working with guests with disabilities, with a strong understanding of their needs and requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
