What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer's management team to ensure aircraft reliability and satisfaction
- Assist in the operations and maintenance of customer aircraft in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct presentations and briefings for new Falcon operators and provide updates on administration functions
- Track and manage customer inquiries, training issues, and open invoices to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in field service meetings and assist in troubleshooting aircraft discrepancies as requested
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in aviation
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of business jet maintenance experience, preferably with Falcon aircraft
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A&P license and intermediate proficiency in PC and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and passport/travel documents
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Pilot's license and experience in aircraft spare parts sales or warranty administration
- Teaching or instructor experience in aviation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in a Chief of Maintenance role or similar management position
- IA certification
