- Assist clients in selecting suitable travel packages based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide information on various destinations, including visa requirements, local customs, weather conditions, and attractions.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other transportation services efficiently.
- Offer guidance on travel insurance options and assist with necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients.
- Handle any changes or cancellations in bookings promptly while keeping the best interest of the client in mind.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to offer innovative travel solutions.
- Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the booking or travel process professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the travel industry or related customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken language(s) relevant to target markets.
