eCommerce Account Administrator
Job Description:
- Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, etc.)
- Ensure all listings follow platform best practices for titles, bullets, descriptions, images, digital assets, keywords and attributes
- Organize and prepare digital brand assets for retailer use, including images, copy, descriptions, supporting marketing materials and price sheets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine product page content and brand listings
- Proactively audit product listings, catalog health, and Buy Box status a minimum of 3x per week
- Identify and resolve listing suppressions, content inaccuracies, catalog mismatches and duplications and compliance or policy flags
- Monitor and optimize Buy Box ownership across SKUs
- Document issues and implement corrective actions to maintain account health
- Open, track, and manage cases through platforms including Amazon, Chewy and Walmart
- Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues including listings reinstatements, content disputes, brand authority, inventory or catalog discrepancies, and compliance related flags
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely resolution of all cases
- Assist with core merchandising activities, including catalog setup and SKU creation, price maintenance and updates, and promotional setup and execution
- Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle changes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace support
- Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Chewy and Walmart
- Detail oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, client calls, priorities and deadlines
- Strong written communication skills
