As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued callers in ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Our call center is open 7 days a week, and the candidate must be available to work a 5-day schedule from 8:00 pm - 5:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Successful candidates must live in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina only and possess their own computer equipment identified below to ensure compatibility with arenaflex's software applications:

  • Laptop or desktop computer
  • Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
  • Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)
  • Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended
  • 8GB Memory / RAM
  • Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB
  • Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G
  • Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
  • Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible
  • *Your Skills**

To succeed as a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Previous call center customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • *Essential Qualifications**

• 1+ year of experience in a call center customer service role

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, etc.)

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
