User Interface Designer – Remote
Join an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience and interface for an innovative AI-driven WhatsApp tool. This fully remote role is ideal for a creative UX/UI designer passionate about building intuitive, visually engaging digital products. You will be responsible for designing the complete user journey and interface in Figma, ensuring the app is both functional and appealing for end users. The project is a personal initiative led by a UK-based team, offering flexibility and creative freedom to bring fresh ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma for a WhatsApp-based AI tool
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs
- Design seamless user flows and intuitive navigation structures
- Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography, and color schemes throughout the app
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Prepare design assets and documentation for handoff to developers
- Stay updated on current UI/UX trends and best practices relevant to AI and messaging platforms
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably for mobile or messaging applications
- Proficiency with Figma and other design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and creative problem-solving
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging user experiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with AI-driven products or chat-based interfaces is a plus
- Open to candidates at entry to mid-level experience
