Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Entry / Medical Claims Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in healthcare administration or revenue cycle management. No prior experience is required—just strong attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn.

  • Perform accurate data entry of patient and claim information
  • Submit and track medical record requests
  • Upload claims to clearinghouses for submission to insurance carriers
  • Complete manual claim entry into carrier portals
  • Review claims for completeness and accuracy before submission
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Follow company procedures and compliance standards (HIPAA)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferred (Not Required): Interest in healthcare, billing, or insurance
  • Previous administrative or data entry experience
