What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions to customer issues with compassion and empathy
- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Utilizing your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
- Integrity and a commitment to following HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
