Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and customers by processing documents electronically, making outbound calls, and ensuring the timely transmission of processed data. You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve exceptional outcomes, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Process documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and transmitting to clients
- Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to verify information and resolve issues
- Process claims and ensure accurate and timely transmission to clients
- Receive, process, and classify documents from electronic and hard copy forms, ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Sort, image, and archive documents, files, and records by form type
- Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information for future reference
- Classify documents based on contract requirements and verify data from automated data extraction tools
- Ensure the timely transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality
Position Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and other relevant software applications
- A secure workspace with high-speed internet access
- Ability to pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 wpm
- Ability to sit for long periods and work overtime as needed
- Well-organized and strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional service
- Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Availability to work weekends and holidays, as required
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with automated data extraction tools and software applications
- Certification in customer service or data entry, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultures, with a focus on building inclusive and respectful relationships

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $46,600.00 - $63,250.00, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance and business need.
