Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong communication skills to manage difficult conversations and empathize with customers
  • Type at a speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy to efficiently process customer requests
  • Navigate systems and software tools with ease to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Work independently to manage your schedule and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with arenaflex team members to share knowledge and best practices in customer service

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively engage with customers and colleagues

  • Strong computer skills and ease in navigating systems to efficiently process customer requests
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy to meet project deadlines
  • Empathetic, patient, and professional in managing difficult conversations and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
