Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling and Follow-Up: Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring that every interaction is timely and effective.
Requirements
* Previous Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms.
