Key Responsibilities:

Accurate Information:

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. -

Multitasking Mastery:

Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and ensuring timely responses. -

Issue Escalation:

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance when necessary. -

Customer Satisfaction:

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's reputation for excellent service. -

Record Keeping:

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. -

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support environment. -

Strong Typing and Multitasking Skills:

Strong typing and multitasking skills to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously. -

Excellent Communication Skills:

Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and grammar. -

Calm Under Pressure:

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. -

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with live chat software and familiarity with CRM tools. -

Customer-First Attitude:

A customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities. -

Remote Work Experience:

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying productive and efficient.

E-commerce and Technology Experience:

Experience working in e-commerce, technology, or related fields. -

Troubleshooting Skills:

Compensation:
