Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced E-commerce Support Specialist – Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing live chat customer support to businesses across various industries, handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on websites and social media accounts
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:
