We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. Our goal is to help our clients evaluate their products and services, ensuring proper product certification and greater market access.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working closely with our product development team to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients
• Collaborating with our market research team to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and product testing results
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Be honest and reliable
• Good communication skills are an asset
• 18 years or older
