Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate records, including staff member histories and schedules

  • Process payments, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Perform various organizational tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications) preferred

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team
