Your Role

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support to help them resolve their concerns. You'll represent arenaflex and our SEO product with excellence, managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work. You'll also assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing top-notch customer service.

  • Represent arenaflex and our SEO product with excellence, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
  • Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, ensuring that they're informed and engaged throughout the SEO process.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

What We Expect from You

* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support.

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential, as you'll be communicating with clients and partners in this language.
  • Good English skills (for internal communication only) are also required, as you'll be working with our internal teams and communicating with clients in English.
  • Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs) is a must, as you'll be working with our clients' data and information.
  • Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
  • Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied or have concerns.

Working Hours and Environment

* Fully remote – all you need is a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection.

  • 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.

Additional Notes

* This is a contract position, so you will not be eligible for traditional benefits.

  • You must be able to work independently and manage your own time, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline.
  • You must be a citizen or permanent resident of Ireland to be hired as a contractor in this role.
