Key Responsibilities

• Auditing & Quality Control: Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy of entered data, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks as needed, supporting the smooth operation of our remote customer service team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, ensuring precision and quality in your work.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
