Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Remote Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our marketplace customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. As a remote customer support specialist, you will work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.

  • Address customer concerns and provide accurate information about our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Resolve technical or account-related issues in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement, helping us to continuously enhance our services.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or marketplace environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms, such as email, chat, and phone systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.

Work Schedule

* Flexible part-time hours to accommodate a variety of schedules, including occasional weekend or evening shifts as needed.

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
